Return & Exchange Policy

At Mourjoie, your comfort and satisfaction come first. Please review our policy before accepting your order.

• Order Inspection Upon Delivery
You may inspect your order in front of the courier. If you're not satisfied, you can return it immediately — only shipping fees will be charged.

• No Returns
Once your order has been accepted, we do not offer returns or refunds.

• Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available within 3 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging intact. Additional shipping fees apply for all exchanges.

• Manufacturing Defects
If your item has a manufacturing defect, we'll exchange it for the same piece or any other item from our collection. If the same item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
